PRESENTATION

Created by Alexandre Malsh in 2008, Meltygroup was oriented as "an SEO media". 90% of its traffic comes from search engines. Meltygroup needed to diversify its contact points and create its audience on social networks. Alexandre Malsh has entrusted us with this mission, which we have been carrying out since 2016. Since then, we have founded brands for meltygroup that are known to everyone: The cream of gaming ( key figures) / The best scenes, Shoko or the secret life of the superheroes. These brands, these communities that have become media, are part of melty's entertainment DNA.

Within 24 months, nearly 15 million subscribers have joined these new brands.

Our Challenge,

Promote the Melty brand on social networks; be loyal to the brand's editorial positioning; Imagine and develop a brand for the gaming activity; create monetization zones exclusively on social networks.

To achieve this challenge, we set ourselves the objective of recruiting 500k new subscribers in the first year. We have separated our teams into two distinct missions:

01. MEDIA ARCHITECT

Imagine and develop three new medias. 100% Gaming media; Movie media; Entertainment media. For the construction of these media, we managed two journalists, two video editors and two social media managers. A team of 6 people to take care of: Content creation, broadcasting, amplification and community animation.

02. CONTENT CREATOR

To follow melty's historical editorial line, we had to adapt to the tonality of social networks to make its brands exist. Live Facebook, video, images, gifs, viral articles, all these formats have been used to reach as many subscribers as possible. Two social media managers and external collaborators posted more than 25,000 contents.

03. SOCIAL DATA ANALYST

To orientate the global strategy, calibrate the editorial line and optimize ads campaigns, our social data analyst recorded 38 performance criteria. These criteria have been carefully chosen to provide optimal accuracy on the analyses rendered. The trends that emerge from these analyses are essential and allow us to manage our publishing / ecommerce strategies with more perspectives.

05. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

In cooperation with the sales management, we designed the monetization areas and worked hand in hand with meltygroup to implement the best business strategy. Product placements, white label media for Coca Cola, Sponsored program for Hugo Boss.
